Abstract

Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM) play a vital role in enhancing economic independence through vocational education. PKBM Surya Mandiri in Gowa Regency possesses digital infrastructure potential in the form of Smart TVs, yet its utilization in sewing and bakery training remains suboptimal. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to transform conventional learning methodologies into an interactive digital ecosystem through Smart TV optimization. The implementation method employed was Service Learning, combining technical training, technology substitution, and continuous mentoring for 25 participants. The results demonstrated a significant increase in the cognitive domain by 47.0% and the psychomotor domain by 46.7%. Furthermore, tutors' digital literacy surged by 123.8%, followed by the creation of an original video tutorial content bank as service and product outputs. The application of interactive mirroring techniques proved effective in reducing visual and cognitive barriers in precision technical skill transfer. In conclusion, the integration of appropriate technology accompanied by humanistic mentoring enhances the quality of vocational outcomes and tutor professionalism at PKBM Surya Mandiri. Program sustainability requires network infrastructure stability to support permanent accessibility of the content bank.
