Abstract

This study focuses on empowering women in Ereng-Ereng Village by improving their educational and economic literacy, while leveraging information technology to foster entrepreneurship. The research applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, actively involving women in designing and implementing sharia-based business strategies. The program activities consisted of seminars and hands-on training sessions, which provided participants with practical knowledge of e-commerce and business management. The outcomes revealed significant progress, as the proportion of participants with no prior knowledge of e-commerce decreased dramatically, with 85% gaining a solid understanding after the training. Many participants expressed increased confidence in starting their own businesses and showed strong enthusiasm for continuing their learning journey. In conclusion, this initiative successfully strengthened the economic independence of women in Ereng-Ereng Village. For future programs, it is recommended to enhance the mentoring system and engage more stakeholders to ensure the sustainability and growth of women-led enterprises.
